Today will be a nice one for a “bread n jam” fans. We’re gonna make some Raspberry Chia Jam
Raspberry Chia Jam is a healthy, non sugar, yet delicious kind of thing for your daily diet menu. It vibrant color will look beautiful on top of a slice of wheat bread
Here is what we need to prepare
Ingredients
- 2 cups raspberry (fresh/frozen (need to defrost first)
- 2 tablespoons of Neo Oliva Organic Chia Seeds
- 2 tablespoons warm water
- 2-4 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients to a blender or food processor, keep it until the it is the texture you prefer.
- Taste and adjust honey based on your preference.
- Removed the mix into a container with a lid (wrap it in plastic if used a jar) and put it in the fridge about an hour.
There you go, enjoy your delicious Raspberry Chia Jam with a slice of wheat bread for your daily healthy diet
